MEDIA AND INFORMATION LITERACY

UBIQUITOUS LEARNING can be defined as an everyday learning environment that supported my mobile and embedded computers and wireless network in our every life. Ubiquitous have four characteristic first Immediacy, Interactivity, Situated instructional activities, Adaptability. Immediacy is wherever a student is he/she can immediately access learning materials. Interactivity is online collaboration with teachers and peers. Situated instructional activities is learning in context. Adaptability is getting the right information at the right place for the right student.MOOC is a massive open online course Massive open online courses offer an exciting range of opportunities to widen access and participation in education. The massive and open nature of MOOC places the control of learning at the discretion of the learner. Therefore, it is essential to understand learner behavior.

                   People media is people are media themselves since they have the ability for mass communication.In every step of the development of technology and other types of media, people media was present they made the existence of all types of media possible .They were the transmitters of information they were information sources, before all of the other media was made available.People media has a two characteristic the people as media and people in media.People in media they are the people behind another form of media.The examples of people media is journalist, news reporter, media practitioner.People as media they are the media itself.The examples of people as media is opinion leaders, social journalist, citizen journalist.
